The Bluebird Group
When The Bluebird Group expanded their office space, we were given the opportunity to design our second pattern for their company. When the carpet was removed from the space next door that they were expanding into, original terrazzo floor was exposed. So, this pattern is our take on an exploded terrazzo pattern, created from our beloved intern, Mari Larsen's paint splatter explorations from her time at MCAD. We recolored them and arranged them in a terrazzo inspired layout giving them new life. The brilliant, Mari also hand-painted our mock turtlenecks, which are a classic Larsen look.
